Junior Accounting Officer

We are looking for a team member who can monitor the sales team’s performance, regularly oversee stock movements, and accurately prepare reports requested by department managers and supervisors.

Duties and Responsibilities

Track the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the sales staff

Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant departments when necessary

Analyse sales and stock data to provide regular reports to management

Actively use ERP or stock tracking software

Ensure coordination between relevant departments

Qualifications Required

Minimum high school graduate; preferably with an associate or bachelor’s degree

Proficient in MS Office programs, with strong skills in Excel

Preferably experienced in stock and sales tracking

Strong reporting skills, detail-oriented, and capable of analytical thinking

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsible and committed to working in an organized manner
